Accelerated Progress
The procedure that allows students to exceed the amount of units that can be assigned and claimed per month.
ADA
Average Daily Attendance is a representation of the student's completed units towards their coursework and verification of their daily attendance.
Charter
The network that individual schools are under in a region.
Company
The highest level network that charters are under, this include Opportunities for Learning, Options for Youth, and Pathways in Education.
E-Date
The beginning of the student's enrollment within the school they're enrolled with.
L-Date
The ending of the student's enrollment within the school they're enrolled with.
Lag Week
Lag week refers to the period of time where the completed school month and the current active school month are both active in StudentTrac. This allows staff to enter data for both months at the same time.
School
The indivdual location, usually tied to one city, that a student is enrolled into.
Unenroll
The action of rolling back an enrollment record from the system. This action would cause the student to be inactive on StudentTrac.
